Tried to purchase/ download sky VIP offer of movie. My pin is correct but nothing downloads same if I attempt to purchase anything else from sky store

Hi @Ww66 When you have purchased content from SKY Store you will need to click to download to your SKY Box, where it will be shown in your purchases rail.

Otherwise you will only be able to watch the content from the device you have purchased it on.
