Tried phoning Sky but my phone numbers are not recognised.

Our TV has no satellite signal and I have followed all the corrective steps advised via help screens and virtual assistents. No joy. So I tried phoning sky for help. Each number with the prefix 0333 759 gave the same message, that the phone I was using was not recognised. But my land line and mobile numbers have been unchanged for a very long time. I am seriously considering leaving Sky.

Hi @Knock1   The catch 22 is you will need to telephone Sky to cancel.

Is your number correct in your account? If not can you correct/update it?
