Tried many times to activate Discovery Plus spoke on the phone to customer service they are useless decided to subscribe to Discovery plus themselves to watch snooker qualifiers for the next tournament I have asked Sky to delete the app from my Sky q and then reinstall it so I can do it from scratch they will not do this I have been a sky customer close to 20 years appalling service
