Transferring my Sky subscription to a new smart computer.

I have just bought a new smart TV because my old one was too small and even with a sound bar the sound wasn't clear enough. I thought transferring my Sky package would a simple matter but I am finding it difficult.  At the moment I have voice only for one channel but a blank screen. Doe anyone know how I should go about it ?

How are you getting Sky, is it via Sky Q, Stream??

Assuming you have SKY Q, regarding the blank screen try pressing the following keys on the SKY Remote in sequence

Home 1 0 8 0 Home

@Bramble7  I'm confused by your post as getting a new TV does not involve a transfer of your Sky TV package?

Thanks everybody. I thought it would be a simple transfer and that is what it turned out to be. After  my initial attempts , I went for a short walk, came back and made the post on the community. Then went back to have another look and there it was waiting for me. as someone asked yes I receive Sy through a Q box. I can only  think that I did't give it long enough.
