Transfer of Netflix Account to sky in error
I have accidentally Transferred my daughters email Netflix account over to sky and need it transferred back to her. After spending an hour on the phone and being transferred twice with no luck, I hung up, so I'm hoping someone on here can resolve my issue. Thanks

I'm currently trying to change the Netflix account linked to our Sky at the moment and my understanding is that the only one who can unlink a Netflix account from Sky is the Netflix account owner by contacting Netflix. If this is your daughter it may be that she is the only one who can do it.

- You must create a new Netflix account and use a unique email address (you can do this on the Netflix app on your Sky Glass or Sky Stream). Do not use a friends/family Netflix log in details on your Sky Glass TV or Sky Stream puck when logging in for the first time as this will link their login details to your Sky account and it can't be reversed.
Please note: If you've linked the wrong Netflix account to your Sky account, you'll need to contact Netflix directly to update it.
