Eco mode is in preferences . I changed both to none

settings

setup

prefernces

standby mode ( I selected none on both)

Switched to EE for my broadband provider around 2 month ago and haven't had problems, both the Q box and mini box stay connected, I'm guessing it's an internet provider issue perhaps, had nothing but issues with Sky broadband which is a bit farcical really
