Total loss of all channels

Watching tv today 30th May when screen froze and all channels lost. Now all displaying message 

no programmes are currently being broadcast on this channel on all channels on q box

on main box and tv message is 

there is a technical fault with this channel please try again later on all channels 

anyone know what's going on

@lenniederfrog  Have you tried rebooting the Sky Q box?

I had the exact same thing on Saturday - unplugged the box for a mimute and then turned it back on again and everythign came back as normal. Maybe some sort of software glitch?
