Told I need to upgrade to watch a programme despite having the subscription to watch

When I attempt to watch most Sky channels I'm told I need to upgrade to watch despite having a Sky Signature subscription. I've tried resetting the box but no luck.

As the default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD then when you try to download and watch you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)

You, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

I can if I go through the TV guide but I can't watch anything On Demand.
