It says this and i dont know what to do about it i cant access anything.

Hi, This sounds like you are trying to download something in HD but are not subscribed to HD. If you scroll to the right and click "other formats" select SD and this should fix the problem. Also you can upgrade to HD if that is your preference

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
