Hi,
Had Sky Q just under 2 weeks, to start off on a positive note, what a terrble service it is. So many issues already, would get it sent back if I could but oh well.
Latest issue is I recorded a programme this evening on ITV1. It had fully recorded, went to watch it and there was only Continue, All Formats and Full Synopsis options available. No Play option.
When I went to Continue (even though i had not gone in to view the programme at all) it said 'To use this service , you need to upgrade your subscription'.
Not entirely sure how I can upgrade my subscription so would appreciate some help in resolving this issue.
Have just Sky Signature package with multiscreen. This has happened on my Sky mini box.
Software version - Q210.000.06.03L

Hi,
Just to add to my original posting, I have also noticed that the error message also appears for a couple of programmes in the Recordings > Continue section of programmes. This appears on 2 programmes I thought I had deleted. In fact I did delete everything in the Manage > Deleted option just to see if this issue was resolved by doing this. So unsure why these 3 programmes have re-appeared. When I go to continue watching either programmes I get the ' To use this service , you need to upgrade your subscription' message again.
Very frustrating. Help appreciated.
