I cancelled Sky TV in May 2024 and have now returned 2 weeks later. I have kept the same package as previously but I am receiving this message when I try to download any content from bbc, itv, gold etc. I have signature so not sure what the issue is. I also have HD but won't even download in SD. I have also realised I'm unable to download the movies I've previously purchased. 'Because of a technical fault, your download couldn't be completed'. I have already spoken to an engineer who completed a reset and the problem is still there. Any suggestions please?
