Tnt sports- no satellite signal today
Having issues trying to view TNT Sports on Sky Q. All other channels are fine, just TNT. I can view it fine on sky go. I have rebooted my box, but still the same. Would this be down to the recent storm? Can't fathom how it would just know off 1 set of channels

There us a good chance the storm has moved your dish ever so slightly so you will need to call Sky so they can get someone out to look at it. You should note that they might be a bit of wait for a visit as Sky are probably receiving a lot of similar reports at present.

Thank you. It seems so strange as everything else is fine, thankfully. Just all of the TNT channels are not working

@dawngourlay
A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.
Due to the recent storms there’s likely to be a significant delay in getting an appointment. It may be quicker to contact a local satellite company but that would be at your own expense.
