Cant get TNTSports HD, says I need to upgrade but I have subscribed for hd

Hi @MARTINLEIGH If you subscribe to TNT Sports by paying Sky then TNT Sports comes in HD as standard. Nothing to do with Sky HD which is for the entertainment channels. Is this a new subscription package?
