Tnt hd channels not working on sky q box

On the phone with Sky about this and they just told me there is an going issue in with TNTSportsHD2, 3 & 4. And that there's nothing they can do...

Seems absolutely bizarre that this issue seemingly can't be resolved. They are quick enough to take payment for channels that don't work properly for a lot of customers.

I spoke to a very helpful guy and he fixed it for me, it resulted in them taking it off my package and putting it back on. The HD channels came back up under the 400 range and not 800. I got him by calling customer complaints. Said he has done it for lads of people.
