Third party router blocking sky go on sky q
Hello
long story short I am using a third party router (Draytek vigor) for my sky q setup.
since changing over, I can no longer connect to my sky q box via the sky go app. It may well be a coincidence but I am guessing it is due to the new router.
I have tried some troubleshooting including reactivating from my box but having no luck.
Is there something I need to change within my router? Both are on the same network.
thanks

@AdamDear I have moved your post to the Sky Q forum as it really isnt anything to do with your Sky Broadband connection.
