Thinking of cancelling Sky to

I have signed up to BT TV package but before I leave I want to talk to some one.

I have not found you very helpful over the years I've been with you for over 20 years.

I split with my partner eight years ago and you would not remove him from my package deal.

I find you very expensive

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

In what way are they still attached to the subscription?  Typically there's only one named account holder.
