Just got a new Sky box delivered by DPD who insisted on taking the old box immediately, and having set it up there is no viewing card ! This will still be in the returns box so I have no TV pls contact me urgently thanks Steve

This is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services.
You were meant to keep the viewing card from your faulty box. You will need to call Sky to arrange a replacement.
