In planner trying to watch pin protected program. Enter pin. Error message there is a technical fault with this channel please try again later. When back up no picture. Black screen and no sound. Switched off at wall over half a dozen times. Get picture back but same issue. Can watch any non pin protected program. Also have factory reset, same issue.

Thank you. I reset again but read on your link about it being all or select programs. Tried other pin protected programs this morning and they are working. Seems it is just the one causing the error so I've deleted it. Many thanks for your help. Resolved.

same issue here, anyone can help? i have tried all the solution sky suggested. still the same. blue screen and keep giving "There is a technical fault with this channel. Please try again later "
