There is a technical fault so no sky tv for 2 days.

Sky q mini hasn't worked for the past 2 days. Just a constant blue screen with "there is a technical fault with this channel. Please try again later." Written 

Seems to be all channels including audio. Am connected to network hub is all fine just getting no TV. Any ideas

You've posted in the Sky+ forum but if you don't know where the Services button is then it sounds like you have posted to the wrong forum 😞

I've a sky q mini. The main box is being odd intermittently but the mini is just not doing anything at all.
