The tv is saying it can’t see our internet

The tv is saying it can't see the internet it can see tge network I have re entered the password 4 times each time it says it is incorrect 

it is correct

we have switched tge box off 4 times re set and still no connrction

I want to speak to someone given tge cost of your service I have spent 2 hours trying to get the service working
