The sound when using sky intermittently disappears, the TV speakers or the soundbar doesn't work .

If we switch to Netflix, apple TV or amazon all speakers come back on. Go back to sky, still no sound. We try pulling out hdmi cable and put back in put that doesn't work. We try all cables and switching off, that doesn't work either.
