We have had a problem with are sky dish for several days and the problem escalated further to tv will not load but when it did load the tv was saying that there was no satellite signal even though every single app was still working bar sky tv and tv guide which made no sense

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

Hi @Lisa073  The Apps don't use the satellite signal, they use the internet, which is why they are working.
