The message on the screen insist, the viewing card hasn’t been inserted properly, where upon it has

my viewing card on numerous occasions insist it hasn't been inserted properly and I have to do this five times a day which is becoming very boring. Is this a problem with a viewing card or is this a problem with the box

Hi @Davidjordan   Impossible to know, I would personally contact Sky. It may require a new box and/or a new viewing card.

Tried. Everything is remote. Getting hold of someone is impossible
