The home menu has disappeared settings etc has all gone and try to change channel and the screen goe

The home screen has disappeared and when trying to change the channel the screen goes smaller.

@Neenio44 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
