@Janeek1975  You can't as Sky Q boxes only have HDMI out, time to either replace the TV or get it repaired.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Does your television have any alternative inputs?

 

These would typically be either SCART or composite (and possibly component) video over RCA plug.
