The engineer came at just after 8am and completed at 9.45am
Since him leaving the TV in question still keeps freezing

@Camberly what did they engineer do ?
did they reboot the router and when that was up and running reboot the main box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
if you have any mini boxes reboot each mini box
