The cables don’t fit new box no viewing car either

Just received sky q box my cables are not the right fitting for the box and have no viewing card either

Was this a doorstep courier replacement box?

You are supposed to remove your viewing card from your faulty box before handing it over, and also include the power cable and remote. You should then receive a new box, power cable and remote because there are different versions of Q box with different power connections. 

You'll need to ring Sky and explain the situation but they'll probably have to send you out another new box and a new viewing card.

@Vanessa51 are you a new customer or a returning customer ?  have you definately ordered Sky Q or did you order Sky Stream ?

If you are a new Sky Q customer that has also ordered Sky broadband you most likely received the broadband router and if you have an engineers visit booked they will bring the Q boxes 

If you ordered Sky Stream then this does not connect to your satellite dish

If you can upload a picture of the box you received it would help considerably in identifying what box you have
