The blue-light on my replacement Sky Q box has been pulsing for hours.

Hi everyone, I've recently had a replacement Sky Q box because there was a fault with the previous one.

I've tried to set up this replacement boxa few minutes after it was delivered but the blue light has been pulsing and hasn't stopped for hours so I've been unable to set it up.

Does anybody have any ideas how to resolve this?
