The Sky main box keeps losing its satellite signal and sound.

Recently, my main Sky box has been losing its image and sound after being on for a short period of time (no more than 5 min). Somethings you have the image but no sound. Or you have a pixilated image or lose it completely. I suspect there is something wrong with the Sky box. Satellite strength is 70 and quality is 90 so expect the input signal to be fine. 

if anyone has any idea of findings out how to diagnose this issue. Thanks

Once you get to the end you should be able to book an Engineer if needed.
