Temporarily moving sky box to different house.

Hi. My son is going to stay with my mum for a week. He has his own tv and mini box in his room at home. My mum has sky. But not a spare box for the spare room. She does have multi room I believe as she has a sky box in her bedroom. Can my son take his sky box to her house? Thanks.
