Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Unable to connect, my internet is working fine but I keep getting unsuccessful connection on tv, I have tried all usual things like rebooting modem and turning box off and on, I have checked cables.i cannot find a solution to this. I have tried my password innumerable times.

grateful for any help. Also all has been working fine until yesterday.

Which broadband are you on? If it's Sky you have to use the WPS button, not a password

I have now managed to contact sky, outcome, appears I need a replacement q box! Hopefully all will work ok when I get it!

Hi @June40   We can't say it often enough, but please remember to keep your viewing card and also swap the power lead.
