Technician support booked and confirmed

Had lenghty conversations with SKY technician after reporting a problem. Booked an emgineer and timing confirmed. Moved all my day around only to have SKY cancel. Have been without mainstream SKY now for two weeks. Absoultley terrible service.

@Tezzla afraid these things happen there could be many reasons why the appointment was cancelled Sky should contact you to arrange another visit if they havent contacted you then you can either contact them or I can escalate this to Sky for you
