Technical issue message showing when I try to watch on demand
Every time I try to watch a catch up item or film I get a message saying due to a technical issue the download couldn't be completed. I've tried the matching the software and hardware and there doesn't seem to be any problems there. An update on the software was needed and now actioned but it still isn't working / downloading !

Hi @Meemaw74 I would start by power rebooting your broadband router to refresh its DNS. Then perform some housekeeping to remove failed downloads completely. That means deleting them from the deleted menu. Finally power reboot the Sky Q Main box.
