Technical fault, white box has no power

The white box that connects to sky q has no lights lit up, not even power light, I've unplugged and plugged back in but no change.

Are you talking about your internet router? If so (and it is Sky broadband) then you'll need to give them a call. You can check via the My Sky app on your mobile for faults in your area first though.
