Re: Technical fault showing on screen
@AndyC1979 Which TV box do you have, Sky Q or Sky Stream?
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home
Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

Re: Technical fault showing on screen
Sky q and 2 mini boxes
I eventually got it to come back on when I unplugged for 45 minutes and rebooted my broadband router aswell as sky q box and then the other 2 mini boxes came back on.
It keeps happening every 5 to 6 weeks so I will be ringing sky up and asking them to sort it or I will terminate my contract early with no fee as they aren't providing the service I am paying for

Unlikely to win that argument, but good luck anyway!
