Yes it's working in the app. Seems it's the sky boxes that are broke.

I'm afraid you, and others aren't talking to Sky here and threatening to withhold payment is unwise as your whole service will be restricted, late payment fees will be added, you won't be able to call Sky and continuing to withhold payments is likely to affect your credit score when Sky pass your debt to a debt recovery company.

I found that the Liverpool match works with the online mac app, but there is no link to watch the united game? This is such a farce! Stop trying to be too clever and stick to what works!

it works on the sky sports app though. You can choose the games on there. 

wod rather watch it on my tv though.

Change channel and go back and try again , that worked for me ...

I rebooted my Sky Q box and my router (Virgin) and I'm still getting the same error message so rebooting didn't work for me. If I manage to get it working I'll let you guys know.
