Why do I pay a subscription fee? I want to watch red button sport and get this error code : DUG1 

Then a 30minute hold on the phone. Appalling customer service.

Got mine working all I did was go on and off the red button worked in the end hope does the same for everyone thanks sky charge us thought the roof prices and poor service definitely think to get rid when contract is up and the adverts that you have to watch befor programs is so bad too
