I have the same issue and a completely inability through Sky's process to contact a human. Great service considering the money we spend on subscriptions

virgin media user with the same error code, just turned the box on and off. took a while to load but it has come on now

This is not an upgrade error code issue, I have always had skysports 20+ years?

If you go onto main dash board and click on sky sports app it should work 👍

Newcastle match is back on. Not sure about others though.
