Indeed join the clan!!! I called this am ivwas offered a reduced Netflix subscription as compo!!!! 

No empathy of note no customer service after over 40 yrs of being a local customer so what with the constant disconnection from sky q to my hub I'm going end of June...I'm looking into a firestick ...I'm passed caring now about them they ruined my football evening that is my only enjoyment in life...
