I got free Netflix I don't do Netflix basically I got nothing and hung up !!!! 30 minutes of wasted tirade please god I'm.now going to have a nervous breakdown!!!

I failed he tried to sell me Netflix as compensation you what!!!!!! I gave up no compensation for 90 minutes loss of a game basically..people they are awful I told him om going to end my contract in June that didn't work either but now I will definitely I don't need sky in my.life anymore...

Is that really an answer? It's not as if we can try it out as there are no matches on at the moment, what are the odds that it's a DUG1 code next time. I'd like to actualy know the explanation to the the code DUG1, is that availiable anywhere?

A sky fault we will never know they are a rule to themselves....no support no customer service just take your money ....I've now given up on having sky and be able to watch football and Chelsea one of my only pleasures in life left and sky have taken it away from me in one evening....come June I'll be giving them notice to end my contract that they don't adhere to.

It was a sky issue a massive one I called this morning I got offered reduced sub on netflix what !!!!!!! I explained I don't watch netflix I don't do films I just want my sports especially football that's promised to me ...they failed miserably with any empathy or customer service I hung up after 30minites ...

I was watching a football match last night on sky sports through my tv and I couldn't watch the 2nd half of the game because it came up as technical issues and I couldn't watch the 2nd half which was very annoying specially when I pay 80 a month and I can't watch sky tv it's happen a few times and mainly after 9pm when your office or telephone help line is closed
