I'm not calling them utterly waste of time I finally got into the red button at 91.20 into the match absolutely brilliant !!!!!! I think sky dug1 was a sky issue tonight not my WiFi banding some were lucky like my ex that got his game i failed I'm furious.

I did manage to get back in to the app, I just kept trying over and over and eventually it just worked.

I missed about 10 minutes of the match.

Think Sky need to upgrade their servers to cope with the demand.

After faffing for over an hour, I've missed most of the match I wanted to watch! 
however I have googled how to fix it and it has eventually worked. 
Press the Home button and scroll to settings. But just highlight settings. 
Type 001 and press select. 
This takes you to the engineer settings. 
Scroll to Apps. 
Select Refresh Apps. Keep it on the page while it refreshes the apps. It took about 10 minutes for me.

Now your apps are refreshed. Log into Sky Sports app and you should get the games (or last minute of the game I wanted to watch in my case!)

dont worry chaps!! we got a reply on 89th minute of the match from Sky and it starts working as soon as the match finishes

Thank you for the reply to this problem. A corporate response to this quite considerable issue would be good and how they are to recompense the affected customers would be advantageous. 
But I thank you for your contribution

This is really not good enough.  We pay good money to get a reliable service and have just missed the first game under new management
