Unfortunately this is Sky, promise so much and never deliver. I pay for 2 boxes and get the same message EVERY time.  Try and get arefund....hahahaha, no chance, they need some competition and then they will be finished for their complacency.

Exactly the same here on sky glass tried refreshing apps and accessing from the sports tile preston v arsenal and still getting same error pay to much for this to be happening

Same DUG1 error here.

Got little lad down to bed early as well so I could watch the toon. 1st I've tried the red button, bit of a waste of time if this is how reliable it is.

Not tried my minibox though as it's in room next to his.

What is the point in paying all this money each month for there to be a technical issue whilst trying to watch the football????
