Trying to get on match choice on red button for sky sports plus and it will not work. We got a new box two days ago

We have the same trying to watch Newcastle game. We have rebooted Sky Q box but still getting same message.

We have the same error message, was working fine on one tv but doesn't want to work on the other. Working fine on my phone through the sky sports app though
