I have tried to use the red button functionality when watching a sky sports football match and it comes up with the following message:-
"There is a technical issue, please try again later.
code:DUG1

Hi, I have this exact error message "DUG1" and the red button doesn't work with F1 and football.
I have only just had Sky Q fitted 1 week ago and just thought it was with being new.
It will be interesting to see what the issue is. I think I need to call Sky as its so new.
