Hi, I’m having the same problem, phoned Sky today and they are aware of a fault. This should be rectified in the next software update. He did talk me through resetting the box, it worked for a couple of programmes & the problem has now reappeared. Also, I found that the reset stopped my main handset from working until I went through the process of remarrying it.

The box let’s us select to download something but either gets up to about 114% and won’t let us play or says technical fault. Please assist us

First try rebooting your main Q box.
Disconnect power lead for 30 sec and then reconnect to reboot.
If this doesn’t solve your issue
You could try a Reset Settings in the hidden menu
Only carry out out the first reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will lose your recordings. If you have a Bluetooth touch remote this will need to be re-paired after the reset. Just press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions.
