Technical Fault on all channels and recordings

Evening All,

 

Have rebooted several times and completed a reset twice. 

Still displaying technical fault across all channels, TV guide not loading and recordings won't play. 


Have called the 0333 number but was directed to get help here. 


Anyone got any tips?

Ended up trying all the tips on the site and nothing worked. 

Spoke to Sky and they talked me through a number of things and then we did the following and it began working again.

 

Did:

Settings, status, highlighted mini box option and reactivated. NB there was a tick next to this but it wasn't actually connected so still do this even if yours may be ticked. Then press WPS on both boxes. 

Hope that helps anyone else having the same issue with their mini box,
