Takes ages to put wifi password in

We keep using our wifi connection and putting in the password takes ages scrolling through the alphabet.

In fact searching for programmes this way takes ages as well. Is there a quick way to scroll through?

Hi @JennyL Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

You can use voice control to search for a programme.

You mean you keep losing your wifi connection?

That needs fixing but anyway...

you can use the keypad like an old sms phone by using the number keys

and use voice search for programmes.
