TV loosing volume & switching off & on when fast forwarding sky q

I have tried everything I can think of. Cant be coinsidence that everyone has an LG TV. Tells me there is some update req but wat it is I'm stuck

You sure you picked the exact right model of TV on the remote setup screen?

Neither the sky box or tv are new, they've been working fine up to now. The problem has just started , it can happen up to 4 times in an hours programme if I'm fast forwarding the adverts.

I would still try resetting it and picking the model again Random stuff happens. Neutrino from space hits a transistor etc 😉

Hi did anyone find a solution for this 

I have a LG tv and just recently when fast forwarding the tv switches off then comes back on, sky still playing in the back ground I have a sound bar that continues aswell just the tv. 

Don't know if it's a sky problem or tv problem either way it's very annoying. I've had the sky box for years and the tv for nearly 3 years and this is a new problem only started this month 

Anyone any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Hi yes I did eventually. It was to do with the code that you put into the sky remote to make it work the tv. For some reason the code was wrong all of a sudden so I went back into settings and redid the code and I've never had a problem since. Let me know if it works for you too

I did also, you have to disconnect the sky remote from the tv then reset it,

it should work, just unpair it then repair it
