Why is my main Sky Q box not showing any recordings and my mini box not showing any TV listing's or recording, yet they are both connected and everything else seems to work??

Unplug the main Q box from power, replug, then do the same with the Mini box.

Hi, tried plugging both and rebooting them both, now have a message saying there is an issue with the hard drive, have arranged for an engineer to come out. Thank you.
