TV does not work, states Technical Issue, try later, but it said that earlier today, recordings do n

Tv does not work, state's Technical Issue, try later, but has said this all day. Recordings also will not play back, have Wi-Fi ok, please can you advise?

Hi @Pam221 

If you also cannot make new recordings you may have a hard drive issue.
